I’ve worked with both high-performing and deeply dysfunctional teams and gained rich international experience living, working, and studying in China, Malaysia, Canada, and the UK.

These experiences shaped my curiosity about people, my fascination with behaviour, and my interest in the unintended consequences of our actions.

Since stepping out of the organisational “system,” I’ve worked as an external coach with organisations, groups, and individuals on leadership development, talent programmes, and tailored coaching for individuals and teams.

I act as a trusted adviser and thinking partner for people at all levels—whether in the corporate world, self-employed, or between roles.

I particularly enjoy supporting those seeking growth or a new direction in career or life.

I work with both company-sponsored and self-funded clients.

Location

Based in the UK with my family since 2016, I coach internationally in person or virtually.

Outside Work

I chair the European String Teachers’ Bursary Committee, which provides grants to students and teachers attending music courses.
